When you apply for finance, we collect the personal details you provide in the application form, including:
We use your information to assess your credit application, place your application with one or more of our panel lenders, communicate with you about your application, and meet our legal and regulatory obligations.
We share your information with the NZ-licensed lenders on our panel for the purpose of assessing your finance application, and with credit reporting bureaus (if you proceed to a full application with your consent). We do not sell your information.
We store your information securely using industry-standard practices. We retain it for as long as required for the application process and for our legal and regulatory obligations.
